Stop & Shop Clarification on multiple coupons?
I read this in the FAQs and have a question.
It says I can use 4 like coupons to be doubled. Is this per transaction or per card? I have some coupons that I would like to use more than 4 of, but don't want don't want any rude surprises come transaction 2 or 3 if you kwim. Things are slim until next week, but there are some things I'd like to pick up. I'm a bit new to store cards, so I'm not sure if they track your coupons or not? I know CVS will limit their ECB deals, wasn't sure if S&S was similar with coupon limits.
What is your double coupon policy?
You may double a maximum of 4 identical manufacturers' coupons. For example: if a customer purchased five boxes of Cheerios and presented 5 manufacturers' coupons for 50¢, the first four coupons would be doubled to $1. The fifth coupon would only be redeemed for 50¢.
Up to an additional 12 identical manufacturers' coupons/items will be redeemed at face value for a total of 16 identical manufacturers' coupons.

Re: Clarification on multiple coupons?
I'm pretty sure it's per transaction. S&S doesn't track these per card, at least as near as I can tell.
