I appreciate the extreme pro-active attitudes of people on this site. However, I really wish that a more cautious use of terminology was used when creating thread titles. It's extremely alarmist to use this particular title for your thread, especially given that it's completely untrue based on the company's current posted IP policy.
There are terrible cashiers that everyone comes across occasionally and sounds like you just happened to get unlucky during that trip.
In fact, not only do S&S stores gladly take IP, but Peapod (owned by S&S) takes them as well.

I had printed out a coup on some product directly from their website one morning. Took it to S&S in the afternoon. They said they had a list of fraud coups and my coupon was on the "list". Although when pressed, the cashier couldn't find it on the "list". she took in "just this once".
Need any coups for Friskies cat food. Canned or the $3.50 IP. Meow baby!
