Here is the rebate form http://www.scjohnson.com/files/Rebate_Form.pdf Buy any 3 items from the brands listed and mail in for a 5 dollar rebate. In this case even if you don't use coupons on your ziplocs (3/5 this week at st&shpp)you still get them for free. Well, minus the stamp of course. I spotted a 1$ off cpn next right by the ziplocs a few weeks ago, check your store. Note: you can do this rebate 3 times per household
