I never knew about freezing fresh herbs, love this advise, I usually get to use fresh rosemary or thyme once and always pitched the rest becasue with my crazy work sched I only have time to cook elablorate meals on the weekends! (Hangs head in shame)

Heidi has one that's even more clear (add to this one) but dadgum I can't find it. For example? When you do those eggs, whip em up first and store in 2 C
for most uses; 4 or more, for omelets.

To add to last post, I am doing a total money makeover right now, and I was going to sell the freezer in the garage. Because it sits empty, and WE only put items in it that are processed anyway, and I wanted to spend less on these items! I will really need my familys help with this!
