Nothing really strange here... maybe the Feel N Learn training pants but my son will be in them within a few months so I guess that's not too strange. LOL.

This was a while ago, but board games. You know the preschool games that always have the rebates and coupons around X-mas? Well, 2 years ago they were on sale ($5.99 I think) and I had those $1 coupons. We had Super Doubles, so I was getting $2 off each one and the rebates were $2 back (a few games were $3), so for most games I was getting $5.99 - $2 from doubled coupon - $2 rebate = $1.99. (and one or two were 99c if they had the $3 back but most didn't). The rebate only allowed one of each type of game, so I had rebates going to home, work, my mom, and my brother. My DD got one of each kind for X-mas and lots of her playmates got one as an X-mas gift and then I had several stashed away for B-day parties she got invited to. That reminds me, I ought to check the basement and the hall closet for them, I'm not 100% sure we gave them all away!!!

I also stock up on school supplies, but I doubt thats so weird. When I can get crayons for 10c/box I get a bunch and keep them in the pantry and every month or so we toss all the broken crayon bits we have left and open a fresh pack. My DD is big on art so I have lots of crayons, markers, colored pencils, and glue sticks stashed away.

Some people might think that my stockpile of baby food and formula a little strange as I have no babies and never have. (My kids are actually my stepkids.) But I DO have grandbabies and it is nice to give my kids "goody bags" for them. Neither of our kids that have babies had to buy any diapers for the first 6 months. I supplied them from all my deals. I stocked up on formula for our oldest daughter, then that grandbaby outgrew formula. (and they moved to California so shipping diapers is out of the question.)

I kept the formula for the next one, but my DIL exclusively breastfeeds, except when we keep little Jacob. She did take a couple cans to use when making cereal. Thank goodness they have long expiration dates. Someone else is bound to have another one before it expires.

When I got pregnant, I stockpiled baby stuff like crazy. I have dozens and dozens and dozens and dozens of individual and bottles of juice - and my DD won't touch the stuff! The only thing she'll drink is Mott's for Tots, which is watered-down juice. She actually prefers water!

When Beech-Nut came out with their "Good Morning" and "Good Night" line, I stocked up on those for free to help me get gas points. :D

Oh and I'm doing the game board rebate thing this year. I think I'll stop at the ones I have as I wasn't really prepared. The rebates should be fun, though!

Cane Tips-It was a money maker and I thought I would be able to donate them to the VA hospital. Since the hospital is almost a 2 hour drive from me and I could not find anyone heading there, I finally donated them to Goodwill.

Hamburger Helper, not strange to some, but it has always been the butt of any dinner joke around here. I finally Freecycled it, but not before trying it one time for lunch.

Denture tablets. Only "strange" as we are 35, 33, and 11 and have all of our own teeth still!

Actually we use them to clean and deoderize our thermoses, but if anyone ever saw them they'd surely question my sanity!

Raj: I don't like bugs, okay? They freak me out.
Sheldon: Interesting. You're afraid of insects and women. Ladybugs must render you catatonic.

Underpants! Every time JC Penneys comes out with those $10/$10 coupons I rummage around in the PO cans and get a few extra. Then I use them for extra socks and underpants for DH. He goes through the socks pretty quick, but the unders are starting to stack up...LOL
