I'm in again this month. I'm going to say $250, but not sure how I will figure this month. My mom is coming a few days before Christmas and staying through New Years. She is sending $$ for food purchases for while she is here. I don't know if I should say I am green that $$ or if I should just keep the purchases for while she is here separate from my regular budget, or if I should up my budget to cover the additional expenses...hmmm.

Okay, I decided that I am not giving an amount for this month. And that is my final answer

I am just going to have to try to spend wisely.
    Novel idea, huh?!?!

and any rebates that qualify in the above categories. :0)

Oh Cody, that is AWESOME! Has he followed the yellow brick road out of the store anymore?

My little guy doesn't have autism, but I swear, I thought my ears were going to bleed yesterday from all of his jabbering. He has come a long way since last year too :-)

We got his first report card. He made a A, B+, and C. Considering, we ended up withdrawing him last year, so he is a year behind everybody, I think that is outstanding!

HAPPY DANCE Re: December 2011 Living off Your Stockpile Challenge~ join today!!!

    Hi Friends!
I'm ready to seriously challenge myself again.
I'm with Cody: FREES, Money Makers, and Necessities

I've done some serious de cluttering and stockpile reduction over the past months but I still need to do more.

I actually got around to sorting out my closet....got rid of alot to charity....but I still need to do more.

A hunter friend showed up with 40 (yes 40) ducks. The freezer is full again.

I've been couponing but only stocking up on free stuff......anyone need some margerine? lol.

#1: I need to do this bad! DH & I have been on a bit of an organizing kick but not so much of a decluttering kick. I need to work on purging more 'stuff'.

#2: Actually yes, yes I do need some margarine.

My freezer is looking pretty bare. I need to get back into the deal finding game but I just haven't been into it the last several months. I have lots of like 5 things and NOTHING else. I sent sis home Sunday with some stuff my family won't eat (discovered that NO ONE in the house will eat canned peas! We like frozen but not canned, no one likes the sweet potatoe fries either) that I had stocked up on when it was free. But even for free if no one will eat it it's just taking up space to sit & go bad! So off to sis' house it went!

OK, lunch break over, back to work!

That is so awesome about your son!

My goal is a total guess-timation for December. We don't expect the kids to be here for Christmas and we thought my son was going to be living with us, but he changed his mind and is going to college in FL starting in Jan. So some things I stocked up on the last 2 weeks will last longer than I expected.

I am so glad to be back! I can't even begin to tell y'all how stressful my student teaching experience was. The teacher that seemed so nice when I met her.....totally the opposite once I got in the classroom.

I am in for the month but don't really know what to set as my budget. I will be back at home starting the 7th, so honestly I could probably get away with not spending any money this month (at least on groceries) but I will probably keep an eye on the sales while I'm there and stock up if it's a good enough deal. I'm just going to make my goal be spending as little as possible!

Ok, I have decided that I need to set myself a goal again. I am sooooo mad at myself for not keeping my butt in gear with this the last few months. There are 4 Sundays in December, and Inormally shop on Sunday, soooooooo I'm going with $400 for the month.

I know we will be gone a week, and its my birthday month, so I may go over, but I want to try.
