What Item did you stock up on when on sale and you absolutely HATE it?

Got about 8 of the Philadelphia Cooking Creams for free and/or .50-1.00 a piece. I think the flavor of them is ok (nothing extraordinary), but the texture is just weird! I'm going to try mixing it with a little milk before I use it next time, but the ones I have may just be about ready to expire and I won't be buying it again.

Amen sista!!!! We HATE that stuff!

For some reason, I haven't done this. If I have, I don't remember. But I did laugh on "The Show" when one of the women very enthusiastically told her kid that they were getting 98(?) boxes of couscous for cheap.

Not everyone likes couscous, and I hate the boxed kind. It left me wondering how much of it they would actually eat.

That might have been a mistake.

Mine were Old Orchard healthy Balance - hated it - freecycled it and Scott Toilet tissue - returned it - our tushies prefer cottenelle or charmin softiness!

Also I am in the cooking creme was adequate at best..

I made the mistake of buying Scotts TP as well. It was awful....like one-ply sandpaper! I should have donated it! And it lasted forever since it was only one-ply.

I, too, did not care for the cooking cremes. I won't be buying them again.

If you want good pasta sauce, buy Prego.

Yes! I couldn't agree more. Prego has the right amount of spices & is just the right consistency.

You can doctor that Prego, ya know! Try adding a teaspoon of beef bullion to cut the acidy-tomato taste, more oregano, or even add another spaghetti sauce jar of something else to it, then freeze some. It's fun to experiment. It's not as hopeless as the Chex mix I bought and hate.

Ragu! We bought a bunch of the Garden Variety and it is AWFUL. It tastes like green peppers, which I hate. Luckily, we got other varieties as well.

Also, Uncle Ben's Ready Rice. It tastes like pure salt. :(

I completely agree on the Kraft BBQ...yuck!

Also, I got a bunch of free Tone bodywash with little microbeads in it...everyone hated it and we stuck it in the yard sale last summer.
