    Default Freezer Storage question

Hello Everyone, I'm new here and I'm not sure if this is where I should post this question I'm sorry if it's not! My question is Can I freeze coffee creamer? I have a chance to stock up on my fav creamer but I'm not sure if I can freeze it. If you have done this did it effect the taste at all, and how long did it last once you opened it? Thanks in advance

LOL! Just seen the sticky! Sorry Guys and gals! Sometimes the obvious just slips by!

Yes, I freeze coffee creamer. I used to just store the entire container in the freezer and when I needed one, take it out and let it defrost...but the cream separated, so you need to shake it up really good each time you want to use it. Now what I do, is shake the container and pour it in ice cube trays. Once frozen, I pop them out and store them in an air-tight container. I just pop the frozen cube in my hot coffee, stir til it melts right in.

Thanks for the response and great tip! I'm going to try half in the icecube tray and half just as is in the bottle.
