So glad you explained those crickets.... An episode of Everybody Loves Raymond popped into my head. The one where Robert dated the frog girl.

Can't help on the chicken question. I keep telling DH that we are getting some, he disagrees. lol.

I noticed Lowes (home improvement, not grocery) had fruit trees in. I need to finish up my research on fruit trees and decide what we are getting. I'm still considering the fruit cocktail trees. (the ones w/ different fruits on them).

Oh ok, I'm in by the way. I have $1100 left (plus some rebates) for the year. That's $275+ per month. September is going to be crazy. I'm putting out a big spread for the moving help, hosting a get together or two, AND....DS may be coming to stay with us. He can't find a job in FL. Plus student teaching.

So......I'm going to say $300 for Sept. (my $275 plus estimated rebate checks I haven't deposited). IF ds ends up moving in I might have to adjust a bit.

I would like to help if I can.
Do you have a meal plan? (I do not)
What is your current household size?
What are the important that you have to make?
and what are the changes that you would like to make?

It definately costs more to eat better though.
