CHAT Price increases and stockpile price

What items are you noticing significant price increases? Over the course of this month, I've noticed a big jump in diapers and cereal.

Are you adjusting your stockpile price upward? If so, by how much?

Based on what I'm seeing in my area, I'm thinking the days of .25/roll TP are GONE

I don't see many price increases but I rarely buy anything if it isn't on sale. I do notice that some things are harder to get cheap like cereal. I've always limited myself to less than $1 a box or $0.50 a box depending on how much I have stockpiled. DH and DS are the big cereal eaters (I don't care for milk much ). They can blow through a box in two days so I have to have lots on hand. Lately it seems the good coupons are harder to come by. So I have been buying whatever brand I can get. I don't care if they like it or not they are eating it . DS was begging me for Mini-Wheats last week and I told him mommy isn't paying $4 for a box of cereal . This week HT had them BOGO plus $1/2 q's doubled made them 0.99 a box. I bought 15 boxes so I should be good for awhile.

I did also notice that those Starbucks Doubleshot coffee drinks that I love went from $2.19 to $2.39 over night at HT.

I do think that prices are going to rise though and never decrease. Sometimes I think about taking a coupon/stockpile break but with the inflation I don't think I can afford to.
I had sanity once upon a time I promise . It was just so long agoooo that I can't remember it.

Razor blades are around $4.50 each. Not even three years ago it was like $1.30 each.

Coffee has taken a HUGE jump here. Last year, I stockpiled big cans of coffee for $3.50. Now it's looking like $6 ac may be the new "rock bottom" price

I haven't bought a package of blades in years. A lot of the time, drug stores have razors on sale with their loyalty programs. I've been paying a buck for a Gillette Fusion razor at RA or CVS using the $4 q that comes out in the PG inserts, and I try to find the packs with 2 blades.

Everything is inching up. Even something as little as Texas Toast Croutons, used to get them last year when regular price (not what I paid!) was $1.69, now regular price is up over $2.

I still manage to get them for 50 cents or less with coupons and doubles/sales etc.

But every item is going up.

Have you seen the price of deodorants lately? Sheesh. But like one of my neighbors says - when you don't pay regular price because of shopping the deals/coupons etc, you really lose track of how things are going up so much.

Those that don't use coupons or shop via match up with sales/coupons, I can't imagine how they're budgets are taking a major hit!

Bacon. I use to get it for $1.99 a pound now I refuse to buy it because it is at least $3.00 a pound at the cheapest.

Most of my stockpiles (acquired very gradually over the last five years) consist of free items.

Food IS a little trickier. I agree with previous posts that coffee and bacon have been two items where I have seen price increases. I have a stockpile of both, so I will avoid buying them for a while in hopes that I can find them on clearance to replenish.

Maybe it's just me since I live in LOND, and Wal-Mart is pretty much my only choice for groceries. I do have Target and Wags, but usually only shop there for stacked q's. Seems like Wags is doing fewer RR, coupon values are going down, exp dates are shorter and it's becoming more rare to find sales with stacked q's
