I don't personally trade my stockpile because I really have no one to trade with. However, I do just give stuff to my sisters and parents or donate to a food bank if I realize that I won't be able to use it before it expires.
I am new and already dreaming about my huge stockpile one day in every room. As a former Loan Officer and Salesman for years, one thing I would like to know is do people trade part of their stockpiles with others ?
i.e. "I'll trade 300 boxes of hamburger helper for 225 2 Liters of Coke or Pepsi"
Is this something that TRADERS do when they get more advanced/seasoned?
OR...
something like...I'll give $175 for 375 boxes of cereal ???
Anyway, I hope my post is by no way offensive (and I don't think it is) ... just trying to learn more about this exciting job/hobby/sport...ad infinitum
Thanks family !

I've seen small trades of actuals. Such as trading a couple packs of facial cleansing wipes which is a trade I made a long time ago. But I don't imagine anyone would trade large quantities of items because the shipping would be way too much to make it worthwhile. That would be more of a local thing if you could find other stockpilers in your area who would like to do it.
