It started in Dec. I always had one Houston Chronicle delievered to my house and then from there I would know if I wanted extras and how many. Well, we're not getting all our inserts anymore. Like today was supposed to be SS and RP. I only got RP. Everyone I know got RP. I can't remember the last time I got a SS and it's really taking it's toll on my couponing. I've called and called and called and have gotten nowhere. It's not just me having bad luck, ALL our HC's are short inserts, now, on a regular basis.

I am going to lower my budget to $50! That's for me and 3 furbabies. I really need to work on clearing out the freezer so we can order a new quarter of beef this spring, plus I leave March 5th for Spring Training. Need to save all my pennies for the trip!

I knew my green status wouldn't last long, but it was fun while it lasted. We went to the devil. I finished using my Q's for the Hormel dinners (easy easy dinner when you forgot to take something out), and the Mahatma Spanish Rice Q's. Spent $49.48

So, new OOP = $19.48
