I don't think they would keep that way. Ask your DH if he knows what a Sharpie is LOL?
So some of you may know from previous posts my husband got this bright idea to take all the poptarts out of their boxes and pile em in the cabinet to save space. Well my DD wanted a particular flavor. So what did i have to do! Open about 12 packs to find the kind she wanted! Right now I have them in ziploc bags. But im wondering if I got a rubbermaid tub of some sort with a lid would i be able to put all the opened ones in their to keep them good so they can still be eaten? I still remind my hubby of his mistake. Pure genius on his part lol.

I had sanity once upon a time I promise. It was just so long agoooo that I can't remember it
.
I wish i had a vacuum sealer! I dont think the hubbs realized the flavors arent written on the outside of them! At least not until after the fact!
I agree with above poster: vacuum sealing them would probably be the most surefire way to keep them fresh.
If you don't have a vacuum sealer, I would probably use quart Ziploc freezer bags for each package, then put all of them of the same flavor inside a gallon freezer bag. Press as much air out of the quart bags as possible, as the air exposure is what will make them go stale quicker.
And if you or hubby decide to try this in the future (with Pop Tarts or any other products with no/incomplete interior labels), you could try:
*previous poster's suggestion to use a Sharpie to label each package...
or
*separate each flavor/variety into gallon Ziploc storage bags; to label: either a Sharpie, or tear a flap or front panel off of one box of each kind as you're emptying them, taping that inside the front of the bag containing that kind. (Also remember: for frozen or any food needing specific prep work later, tear off and include the portion of the box with prep instructions, too!) :)

Check out my avatar-- my sweet tortie Annie is not fond of cameras, so this is an online look-a-like! Ain't she a cutie?
or just play "guess the flavor" and eat whatever package is opened up. LOL
...I would say vaccum sealer too...or the ziploc idea might work.

I dont mind playing guess the flavor lol. My daughter on the other hand seems keen to strawberry or cherry! I think once my sister is here her kids wont mind playing guess the flavor for suprise poptarts.
So your saying get as much air out as possible then putting them in the cabinet or put them in the freezer?
you could use press and seal I bet as well...to keep them fresh longer.

They really do need to start labeling the packages-we always have strays hanging out in our pantry. Maybe thats a good idea for contacting companies, I'm going to put that on my to do list!!
You should be able to feel small differences through the packaging to some extent. Blueberry has bigger sprinkles than strawberry from what I remember : )
