Dont want to Hi-jack this thread but, Vacuum sealer is one of the best investments You can make, We bought one not long ago and they are great ! Tip: Open a big bag of potatoe chips, when Your done munching use the sealer to seal them back up ! they stay fresh much longer

Could you put them in freezer bags then put in the freezer? Not sure if it will do anything just throwing that out there.

I think i need to really invest in a vacuum sealer!! Tax season is approaching! I missed out on that deal online in december!

There is a new deal right now. It is posted at the bottom of the december deal thread. Not as cheap as the $24, but you get more stuff with this one.
