Default Okay to use Kraft salad dressing after "fresh until" date?

Eating salad five days per week or more, I like to keep lots of my favorite Kraft salad dressing on hand. Apparently I stink at rotating ten bottles and just found two that are dated late October 2010. Do I dare use them? I'm currently using one dated late December and it's fine. But in your opinion, is October too far gone to chance it? TIA!

I have had success with using most salad dressings after their fresh by date. However I have noticed an off taste with some ranch dressings. But oil/vinegar based ones seem just fine.

There is a 12-18 month shelf life for most salad dressings unopened. Just look for change in odor, flavor and appearance.

I've used vinegar/oil based salad dressing a few months past the 'best by' date. But creamy dressing, like Ranch tend to sour and smell off even a few days past the date on the bottle.

i buy expireds from a local "smacked can" grocer. The oils ones are always good. The creamy ones get a little funky about 6 months after the exp date.

I can tell you for sure that the creamy ones are rotten 2 years past the best by date.
