    Default Can I freeze eggwhites?

I will never use them all before their use by date. If I can freeze them, do they change consistency when thawed & used for things like omelettes and scrambled eggs?

    Thanks

I think so, i freeze fresh eggs, (yolk and whites scrambled together, raw). I've also frozen egg beaters.
