Just thought I would post a new thread just for questions regarding baking and the storage of baking products and the storage of these items in your freezers and/or pantries.
Since we farm and make alot of our own dairy, etc., I thought I would post this thread now just for baking items. I am also a Food Science major pursuing my Masters degree; so feel free to PM or post to me concerns. Feel free to add your own info.
