    Default Can I re-freez Butter?

My freezer plug went out. Lots of stuff was starting to thaw. I was wondering if I can re freez the butter? I just want to cry! A full garbage can of veggies, TV Dinners, Hot Dogs....you name it. Right now I am cooking everything that was still cold. Wish me luck. I have a long day ahead of me!

I would have no problem with doing that.

Aww...I'm sorry...thank stinks. I've been in that exact same situation. I ordered a case of butter through my neighbor who is a lunch lady. Freezer mysteriously got unplugged...I was sick about losing all my butter! Ended up refreezing it. No problems. hth!
