I've been doing some major laundry soap stockpiling. I now have 42 bottles of All + several bottles from other brands - Tide, Purex. I need a cereal sale, so I can stock up on that. We have been paying WAY to much for cereal lately.

You are doing fine. I go in "spurts" with stockpiling. I haven't done much because of the massive snows we've had. I'm going to try to get out tomorrow morning before the next storm hits and get a few items. I'm almost out of tea and am going to need my caffeine being snowed in again. LOL. And popcorn....my "go to" snack. So will try to head over before the snow starts yet again.

Now if we can count the snow for our stockpile.....jeweltea and I are all set-- we have enough to last for YEARS in our areas!! LOL

Don't forget me! The only thing that really sucks is that the snow is preventing me from getting much needed gallbladder surgery.

Oh sorry, I did forget you were from our area too. Remind me again where you are. Yeah that does stink that you can't get your surgery. I hope you can get it taken care of soon!

Its keep us from going to look for a place to move, but thats nothing considering what the snow is keeping you from.

We were at Target last night and someone was actually MAD that they were out of shovels. Well HELLO?!?! you should have gotten one with the first storm. So glad we don't have to shovel any of this stuff. Guess thats one big advantage to living in a high-rise apt. LOL.

Near Manassas. Now the doctor told me the surgery won't be until next week. Ugh. And I still can't leave my house to go to the store. We can't go look at the place we are supposed to move into either. I HATE SNOW! I HATE IT I HATE IT I HATE IT!!!!!!!!!!

Walking to the store today, will report money spent. But I DID get a $15 rebate in the mail yesterday!

You be careful walking to the store. The stores are NUTS! I just went to Harris Teeter and the checkout lines were down every aisle and starting to wrap around! I told dh, nothing in our basket is worth this. So we left. lol. but on the bright side I did grab some Rotel and Hunts blinkie Qs. LOL.

We went to Wegman's last night and I was surprised - very well stocked and relatively short lines -- probably only a couple of people ahead of us. However, I have found that Wegman's has the best customer service -- they have a lot of lines open all the time so there is never much of a wait -- they even had snow shovels (saw a lot of them going out the door but we didn't need one). Safeway, Shopper's and Giant on the other hand like to only have one or two lines open no matter how many people are in line. I only needed a few things (bread and a few other things) before the next storm starts. DH is still home today (working from home) and will probably be home tomorrow too.

Our internet service is still going off and on and is being slower than normal.

Just got back from SFW. Lines were short and shelves were well-stocked. It hasn't started snowing here yet so that's probably why. My sister is in WV (near Winchester, VA) and she told me about 10:30am that it started snowing steadily, so it will probably start here soon.
