Can I still join? I have been wanting to join for months and keep missing the start. It is Feb 1st and I haven't spent anything yet....my goal will be $0. I am expecting some of all the rebates I sent in during December to start rolling in and since I did a lot of them, I am hoping for a profit this month:)

I am starting with a little over a book in stamps, a $10 GOS RA certificate, 2 - $4.00 OYNO HT coupons, a small balance on a CVS GC (less than $10), $7.00 in ECBs.

My husband is a cop and eats out twice a shift the 14 days a month he works. I do not count this in my OOP since it is budgeted for separately and he wanted to do this really badly and his last promotion/raise we ignored and said he could eat out without guilt and we'll just pretend he never got the extra money. He is a cop and I think it is important to his mindset, team spirit, and safety that he fosters a great relationship with his officers....to not eat with them almost isolates yourself from the group if that makes sense.
Wishlist - updated 5/10 & NBPN rebates for NC!

No OOP for me today, but I am off work tomorrow, so I know I will have some then!

Edited to add: I did receive $2.50 in paypal for a trade, so I guess I am $2.50 in the green? Is that right?

Getting this party started with some OOP!!!

$24.90 for chicken feed-hey that doesn't seem like chicken feed!-get it? chicken feed?
    transaction #1 cvs 0.16¢ to roll ecb's got back $5.49 in ecb's
    transaction #2 cvs 0.62¢ to roll ecb's got back $5.49 in ecb's
Kmart $6.60 sending in for hersheys rebate $10 kmart card
petsmart Transaction #1 $4.68 for 6-6lb bags of dog food
petsmart transaction #2 0.36¢ for 6-9oz pouches (the coupon called for 6 oz pouches but they didn't have any so the very nice manager let me get the 9oz ones)-hopefully this will last the pooches 2 months plus I found another set of inserts in my snow bank when I got home-you know what? 10 secs in the microwave will dry one coupon page nicely!!
also went dumpster diving and found about 6 ss from last week.

    Total OOP for me $37.32

    Here we go again.....

    B-poptarts, toast, honey bun
    L-chicken patty sandwiches and chips
    S-L/O-ribs, beans & rice, etc

I did go to Harveys this morn for milk and bread but that came off one of my Visa GC's. BTW-Do you have to up with the balance on these??
DH stopped to get a Dew (well stocked mind you) and a honey bun for $1.85. I take a couple months off and he loses all training-I swear he's worse than a dog sometimes.

I am hoping to go shopping this week but haven't made my mind up yet. Do I really NEED to??? Prolly not but there are deals going on that I need to capitalize on if I could only get the q's. Maybe it'll come together. Keep some fingers crossed for me.
    WISHLIST-HAVELIST
Rebuilding database q's...just ask for a specific q and I'll gladly look. Thank you.

Those prepaid visa/Mc Giftcards are convenient in that they can be used anywhere but absolutely suck since you have to know EXACTLY how much is on them to use them up. You have to tell the cashier how much to pull off it in the end or it just denies the transaction. SOOOOO frustrating!

No, paypal is not considered a profit.
Unless of course you transfer it into cash.
otherwise, we just use it and it doesn't count as oop.

I was one of the original participants,
Living off your stockpile March Challenge - Join Us at Social Groups!
but alas, it was not my idea.

However, I did take the ball and run with it,
    and can't give it up.

I think it's what is called "an addiction"
