ive made banana bread with just 2 bananas ----same amount of flour the recipe called for..........i would however suggest using 1/3 cup cream cheese or sour cream ( if you have one or the other) i would also make a struessel topping to top the banana bread with------reason being is that it wont be FULLY banana flavored, so the struessel will balance out the missing banana

No oop today or mail either :( The roast turned out wonderful! We only ate half so I will save the rest for Friday night(just me and SO) to make beef sandwiches covered with mashed potatoes and gravy. Skipped on a big dessert and just made pudding topped with cool whip.

I did go to Wags tonight so I have some spending to report-not a good week for sales but I did use some RR's.

2-Dial soap (always good to have antibacterial around)
    1-gallon milk
    OOP $2.02

Y'all have a good night and I'll talk to ya tomorrow.

ok .. well I FINALLY made it back here .. Its been a crappy month all round.... sick kids, sick cat (oop $400+ so far) and lost piece to DS12 braces ($300 to replace) .. I have blown through my entire PP stash (so much for buying a new laptop or couch) but am happy that I had that $$ put aside to pay for the unexpected expenses ..

I have been doing pretty well sticking to my goal of $400 for this month.

my total oop to date is $238.44. This includes 1 night ordering pizza out we are 1/2 way through vacation week here in MA so I anticipate my oop to go up a lot more.

We have been living off our stockpile this month and I have enough chicken and beef in the freezer to get us through the next few weeks.

I need to hit CVS this week and use up my $4 Digiorno pizza coupons .. I still have my ECB's (can't remember how much right now) and $$ on a GC so I shouldn't have any oop ..

went to WAGS yesterday and got a ton of stuff for $.46
