Here is another resource that I use for Food Storage. It is a reference from the North Dakota State University's Division of Food & Nutrition. An excellent resource which I posted in my walk-in pantry. Info on dry goods, freezer foods, shelf of shelf stable foods, canned goods, dairy, refrigerated, meats, seafood, etc..
