    Default Soured milk safe to use?

    I know you can use soured milk in place of buttermilk in recipes. As a matter of fact, my kids love what they named "Rotten Milk Pancakes"! But my question is how long is it safe to consume it after it's gone sour.

    I don't know but I know sour cream is made with sour milk I think, lol
