I was just about to post here how pretty that quilt is, I want it! You should raffle it off!

Actually I gave you a rep saying how much I liked it too!

But it's mine....once I get it quilted!
Can you see it? I tried to attach it to this message but I don't know if it'll work.

I think this was one of my finds on Cooks.com

    2 1/4 c. all purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. (2 sticks) butter, softened
    3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 eggs
12 oz. pkg. semi sweet chocolate morsels
15 caramel squares, cut into 8 pieces

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. In large mixer bowl, combine butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract; beat until creamy. Beat in eggs. Gradually add flour mixture. Stir in semi sweet chocolate morsels and caramel bits. Drop by rounded measuring tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 11 minutes. Makes about 5 dozen 2 1/4 inch cookies.
Mmmmmm....those sure sound yummy. May have to add them to my cookie baking day list.

HAPPY DANCE Re: NOVEMBER challenge: Living Off Of Your Stockpile. ONE WEEK TO GO!

Okay to a joyful happy dance!

As I was cleaning my kitchen, I thought I better mail off these Yoplait lids. I go to get an envelope out of drawer of my coffee table. First one has writing on it so I get the next one, sholve the lids in. Then I look at the first envelope before I tear it up and drop it in the trash.
    It had

    42.00
    in it.

I am so thrilled! I am only guessing this is money for months ago that I collected for a field trip because I was short when I made the deposit.

Not sure if that counts towards the challenge or not. But I just had to share!

Hey, if we count unexpected moneys found in couches and during laundry duty...
