    Default Freezing Chicken Breasts

I want to marinate them first so I can just throw them on the grill.
I figure I will have to freeze them individually so they don't stick together and then bag and seal (I use a foodsaver)
Do I need to defrost before grilling?

    Any advice?

Yes, you need to defrost them. You can't take the risk of having raw meat in the middle if you don't cook them long enough.

For fast thawing I always put my stuff in the sink with cold water, still in the plastic bag of course.

since you have to thaw them before cooking, you don't really need to freeze individually. i freeze them together all the time together and it works fine.
