Default Re: Another use for all the Pert Shampoo

We use Pert and I always use it to clean the shower with my microdermabrasion mitts when I'm done. Sqirt some on my mitts and wash the shower walls. Then squeegie. Takes less than 5 minutes and have a super clean shower all the time. Then wash the mitts or throw them away.
I also use it for the dog and then Loreal cream rinse for her after shampooing. Everyone says she has the softest hair of any dog and is the cleanest. I've done this for 7 years now and she's never had any skin problems and the vets quite impressed with her coat. She gets a shower a couple times a month.

I hate buying dryer sheets because they are SO expensive. I never seem to find a good deal on them. So I don't think there is any way I could bring myself to clean my bathtub with them, lol.

I am not sure how Pert would be, but I have done it with many other shampoos... bubble bath! I have also used it as body soap and on my nylons and bras (I hand wash them)...

I did the stock up on Pert and wasnt sure what to do with it all until now! I think i went on overdrive because it was free and thats a great feeling to have once in a while. the comments about floor stripper make me really think, why anyone would put this in their hair! lol

thanks for all the suggestions! I am sure to use many of these. as for the comments about the dryer sheets, i agree about how its to expensive to clean with. I find to tear the sheet in half, makes the box go twice as far. you dont need a whole sheet to get the effect of a dryer sheet. :-)

I think y'all missed that I was using USED dryer sheets to clean with, after they had been used with a load or two of laundry. Fresh out of the box, they don't work as well.

I use pert instead of laundry soap if I have lots of it. Seriously give it a try. I used to work for a dry cleaner and they used it all the time! I use 3oz for a regular size load.
Also, almost any shampoo (not head & sholders) can be used as hand soap. HTH

I am thinking it would be too sudsy for a front loader. If anyone has tried this with good results, please post so we can all benefit. If anyone has tried this with bad results, please post so we can all laugh at you.
