Bumping for hurricane season 2009!

We were in the DC area after 9/11/09. Our friend, who was an anti-terrorist specialist, had us make a kit for survival in place. His best tip was to have a five gallon bucket in which to pour kitty liter. One could do their "personal business" while on the bucket and then use baggies to collect their deposit to dispose of it in another appropriate container. Then, use the lid to keep the potty contained.
