Lately I have been getting the hang of couponing and been doing pretty good when it comes to the savings. Now my only problem is that I live in an apartment. We do have a basement storage in the basement of our apartment and each apartment has a small storage that we can lock up with a lock, but it is just fenced in all 4 walls. You can see what is inside your storage. Now I live in low income housing so the bad part there is that my neighbors are not the best neighbors and I have had stuff stolen right outside my door that I have put outside for like an hour while I clean my carpets or kitchen floor. Should I even bother trying to use my storage to keep some of the stuff or just make with what I have inside my apartment and just know that I have to keep things moderate. I mean I can trust that they wont bust my lock, but should I even bother taking that chance? Thanks for your time all.

About 15 years ago, I lived in a HUD apartment, so I know what you mean.I would find the most unappealing boxes or containers I could find, I'm thinking...Depends boxes here...something no one wants. Box things up so nobody can see inside. I'd add a few other things no one would look twice at, like an old broom or other old junk. I think the key is to attract as little attention as possible.
Good Luck!
