Price point to stockpile items:

I am looking for some guidelines as to what price you would use to stockpile certain items that I can't find mentioned elsewhere in the site:

Facial tissue
Pre-sliced (and packaged) American Cheese
Instant Tea
Pop tarts
Cake Frosting
Frozen Veggies
Olive Oil

Well, part of the problem is it is going to depend on where you live. I don't know if they double coupons in NJ or not. For me these are my approximate stock up prices for those here in SW Ohio:

Facial tissue -- less than $0.66 for 200 count after coupon (preferred: $0.45/box)
Pre-sliced (and packaged) American Cheese--$0.75 or less after coupon
Instant Tea --Crystal Light--$0.75 or less after coupon
Pop tarts--$1.50 or less after coupon (used to be $0.50--sniff!!!)
Cake Frosting -- I used to be able to get it free with coupon--not anymore--anyone on this one? I usually just make from scratch now.
Frozen Veggies--$0.50 or less after coupon for 10-12 oz bag
Olive Oil--$1.50 or less for large bottle after coupon


Again, your original prices might be much higher and without doubles it may be these prices are unattainable for you in NJ. Maybe someone else knows.
