Stockpile price on canned kidney beans

I am just starting to build a stockpile, but right now, I don't even have enough canned red (dark or light) kidney beans for regular use, let alone stockpile. I see them right now at .65 per can. What is a good price for them? And does anyone if good sales are coming in the cycle? I am a newbie and appreciate your help!!

My personal stock up price on canned beans is $0.50 a can but if I am out then the .65 a can sounds like a decent price. I like canned beans for quick meals, however I will also do dried beans and throw them in the crock-pot with water, salt pepper and garlic and cook them all day. And then throw in freezer containers and freeze and that works well too. I can easily defrost them in the microwave and toss them into chili, soup, burritos etc.
