toilet paper...is this a good price to stockpile?

Hi everyone, I'm new here and I'm still learning.
A local pharmacy (in miami, fl) has charmin basic ct. 24 toilet paper on sale this week for $8.99. I have a MQ $1/2, making my purchase just 0.35 per roll (48 rolls total). Is this a good deal to start my stockpile? I'm a loyal charmin user (for now anyway).

Are they double rolls or single rolls? I will not pay more than $0.25/roll of toilet paper (for a single roll) or $0.50 for a double roll, so if that is for the double rolls, I'd say it's a very good price.

That's true, too.

Personally, I am not brand loyal, but I do prefer Angel Soft and Cottonelle b/c they are soft without clogging my toilets. However, there was a Charmin deal a few weeks ago I did, and I'm also taking advantage of the Quilted Northern deal at Harris Teeter this week, so even though I do not like them as much b/c they clog my toilets more, cheap TP is cheap TP.

well, I ended up missing that sale (it ended yesterday) but I just saw that kmart has them on sale this week and they are cheaper there too
charmin=0.27c/roll
bounty=0.65c/roll

so, I'll be making a quick trip there tomorrow morning
