Ditto on the Old el paso. Also, bbq sauce!!! I had so much of it I gave it to everyone! Now, I have ran out of everything except spicy bbq and I am mixing it with ketchup so my kids will eat it!! LOL

I'd have to say Orville Redenbacher popcorn for free year before last. I had just started to use coupons and didn't know much about serious stockpiling, so I got 25-30 boxes thinking the sale would come around again. Well, it has been on sale again, but not at that price and not with the same value coupon, so I've resorted to paying for popcorn.

The Kraft Mac& cheese from Weis that cost all of 8c a box. I had lots but am down to 16 boxes and my hubby and kids eat it like it's going out of style

Um, 25 boxes of hot dogs that I was paid to take? Yep, less than 2 months have passed, and they are GONE.

Free cat litter?? I bought almost 200 lbs, but that didn't last nearly as long has I had imagined (hoped?). I haven't seen a sale to get them free for more than 2 years.

Ketchup.. I got tons last year and went overboard and thought there was no way we would use up all that ketchup. I was wrong, I have 1 bottle left and am waiting for a awesome sale to get it dirt cheap.

I 2nd the taco stuff from Kroger. I got tons and it is all gone and I finally broke down and bought some on BOGO at Publix a few weeks back for cheap but not nearly as cheap at the Kroger sales..

Well I am fairly new to stock piling and so I have made numerous errors in thinking that I got a lot of something just to find out that it was a one time shot at getting it free/super cheap.

My biggest current regret is toilet paper. I bought a ton of it last April from Albies when it was 10/10 and there was a $1 Q, making it free. We had to stack it all over the garage - and my DH thought I was crazy everytime I brought home 10 more packages. Now it is a year later and we only have about 20 packages left. Albies no longer runs the Scott 10/10 deal - it is now a generic TP with no Qs. Plus the Albies in our neighborhood went out of business.

I have also underestimated our consumption of peanut butter, mustard, cereal, and BBQ sauce/marinade.

I am getting better though!

I think the lesson from the experiences in this thread is that there isn't. I really thought I had gone overboard, but...
