HAPPY DANCE Two Newly-weds' Stockpiles!

OK, there is just my husband and me in our small 650sqft apartment (ONE closet, the rest is shelf space). We are both full time students AND have PT jobs. Thus said, he's 22, I'm 21 and below you will see what we've managed to stock!! Yay? Nay? Idk, but it sure does save of hundreds!!

Made 11¢ off every foil, free trail mix, free chex mix, 25¢ quaker oats, cheap lays

Electrasol 59¢ or so, Cheez-Its $1.25 each...

More Electrasol... just showing you how much I wasn't kidding about SPACE lol

Our pantry: Dole 14¢, Crystal Light mostly free but some less than 50¢, soup and pickles less than 25¢

close ups

Cereal all free or less than 10¢

All free but PB- 75¢ each? (I'm about to get some 4¢ PB soon!!)

My wittle fweezer...

... and my wittle cabinets... all free or less than 20¢

And the toiletries! All averages to about 10-20¢ each, but you know how it is.. most was free, some was 75¢

Same here.. and FYI most of this stockpile is stacked/hidden

More baggies/foil.. all free or overage :D

How did I do? :shrug7:

Congrats on finding frugality early in your marriage! It will save you lots of headache down the road and get you on the path to creating wealth early in life. Money you save on your controllable expenditures goes a long way towards paying off school and retiring early.

I'd say if you're getting paid to take home groceries - you've got the concept and are well on your way! Keep up the good work.

Way to go!! It's a fantastic stockpile--and you have done a great job organizing in small areas. You two can be proud. thanks for sharing--I love looking at other people's stockpiles to get inspiration.

Nice stockpile. How long have you been working on it? I just started this week. I got 10 snuggles. Nothing else stockpiled yet.

I am so happy for oyu. I am twice your age and if I had figured this out before, I would have thousands in the bank! I would suggest for you to start recording the saved money and then try to put at least 10% or more in a savings account and watch it GROW .

You are doing such a great job with so little space!

You are doing an awesome job! And congrats to starting so early in life. I just wish I would have found HCW at your age - 20 years ago! (Just think of the money I have saved!!!)
