Very nice stockpile. I don't have an extra freezer. last time I opened the side-by-side freezer door, frozen chicken breasts fell out and hit me on the head. I shoved them back in, and had to take 8 boxes of Eggos (from Target) out of the box to squeeze them in!

Hi everyone! A few questions there.

Yes, I do freeze butter. That is mostly "I can't belive it's not butter" that I got free. I just pop them in the fridge when I need them and they taste and feel the same.

The shelves are from Sam's Club. They were a gift, but I think they cost 60$?? But they do roll very nicely. We had to move them once, and we didn't have to take any food off of them.

Great stockpile. What did you use on the shelves to stabalize them a bit? The lining, I mean.

The shelves are from Sam's club and they come with that liner. It is flexible plastic sheet.

How do you have no FROST in that freezer? Even when I defrost mine as soon as I load it back up there is frost on the shelves!

Nice pics! I have those shelves too. I got mine from Lowes HI. I think mine were $70 and I don't remember if they came with wheels or not. And you can buy that shelf stablizer stuff. It comes in a roll, I had purchased one roll for 2 shelves at Lowes too. I think it came in black or off white/tan and it seems like it was about $7 a roll (this was over a year ago)-I remember only buying one roll because it seemed kinda expensive.

We bought the freezer in 2006 and it is the auto defrost kind. I don't know how it works, but we never have to empty it out and let it "defrost".

Awesome stockpile! So well organized.
I know I'm pretty late but is there any chance that you know where you got deals on the tampons and razors? I can't find any for the life of me.

eclypsechic, I mostly buy kotex when i get a 75 cent coupong. My kroger doubles up to .99 cents and I buy them up when they go on sale for 2.50. I think a dollar a box is a good deal! I buy the razors when I get $3.00 off coupons, but none of those are active right now. Meijer was the store were I could get the best deal on razors.
