I have 2 stores that double up to 60 cent in my area, and that helps immensely. I don't have a CVS, but I do have Walgreens. With that in mind these are the prices I am willing to pay.

All individual drinks FREE (gatorade, sobe, fuze, etc.)
Cereal less than $1
Canned veggies less than 20 cents
cranberry juice less than $1
all other juic less than 50 cent
toilet paper FREE
foil FREE
Washing powder less than $1.50
Cleaning products less than $1
Air freshening spray FREE
Air freshing units $1
Pasta FREE
Chex mix, popcorn, rice cakes FREE
Toothpaste, toothbrushes FREE
Most condiments FREE
Fruit snacks less than 50 cents
Granola bars less than $1 (DH has to have Fiber One)

I have been couponing for almost 3 years, and it took a few months before I figured out the price patterns for my area. HTH

I have to admit though that the whole time I am looking at your Stockpile I am thinking - wow that is a lot of BTFE (box tops for education) - yes, I have a sickness!

I homeschool so I give all the Box Tops to my girlfriend.
