Cake mix brownies

Cake Mix Brownies:

1 box chocolate cake mix
5 Tb butter, melted
1/3 cup milk
1 egg
1tsp vanilla extract
(add optional mix-ins like 1 cup chocolate chips or ¾ cup chopped nuts)

Grease and flour a 13 x 9 pan. Use mixer to mix cake mix, butter, milk, egg and vanilla. Then add optional ingredients. Pour the batter into the pan and press in place w. a spoon or your fingers. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Let cool for 20 minutes before slicing.

TY! I have a ton of cake mix I got on clearance in the cupboard =) Now, I can put it to good use...we're not huge "cake" fans.

That's why I posted this. I also posted cake mix cookies, cake mix muffins and cake mix biscotti. I have tons of cake mix, but we would never eat all that cake. Muffins and brownies we will eat.
