My stuffing recipe has cranberry sauce in it, you want it?
Anyone have any to share?
The only one I have is to mix 2 cans with 1 pkg liption onion soup mix (dry) and spoon over chicken and bake.

This this a big recipe, it stuffs a turkey.
Cranberry Sausage Stuffing
1 15-oz pkg Arnold Stufing
2 eggs slightly beaten
4 medium onions minced (1 1/2 c)
6 stalks celery minced (2 1/2 c)
1 Lb pork sausage fried and drained
1 16 oz can jellied cranberry sauce beaten until thin
1 cup apple juice
Mix the stuffing mix, cooked sausage, chopped onion, celery, eggs and cranberry sauce. Add apple juice a little at a time until mixture is dampened but not mushy (add a little more if needed). Yields stuffing for 18 - 20 Lb turkey, plus another panful which can be baked seperately in a covered casserole for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

well that sounds pretty yum. I have nver heard of Arnold stuffing. Do you think I could use stove top?

It calls for the cube stuffing that comes in the bags, Arnold or Pepperidge Farms put them out. I don't see why Stove Top wouldn't work if you already have it.

We make a Cranberry Salad that calls for a can of whole cranberry sauce. It's always a big hit at potlucks. I will find the recipe in my box and post it!

Cranberry Balsamic Vinaigrette
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup canned whole cranberry sauce
Combine all the ingredients and process in a blender until smooth. Makes 1 cup.

Cranberry Honey Mustard Vinaigrette
1/2 cup cranberry juice cocktail
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons honey mustard
2 teaspoon grape seed oil
1 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon onion and garlic pepper
Place all ingredients in shaker container or glass jar with tight fitting lid. Shake until all ingredients are well combined. Chill at least 30 minutes. Makes 3/4 cup.
