    Is it the non flavored kind? If yes, you can put the yogurt in a coffee filter (tripled) or cheesecloth, leave it to hang in the fridge and make yogurt cheese by draining out the liquids. (before putting it, you can add a bit of salt to the yogurt). Afterwards, you can add different chopped herbs, minced garlic....

    OMG that is an amazing idea! I have various flavors that my kids are not working through as quickly. I grew up on yogurt/cool-whip pies but my kids don't like pies~ Go figure

    Try freezing it. It makes a great frozen snack on a hot day. It may be a little watery if you thaw it before eating, but it will taste fine if you mix it up again.

    If you have plain unflavored yogurt, we often substitute it for sour cream in whatever dishes call for it (baked potato topping, whipped into mashed potatoes, etc.).
