Default Peanuts?

Anyone got any recipes to use large quantities of peanuts?
I've got more than I can handle. No one here eats them just by the handful. I could make peanut butter, but it would have to be for recipes. Peter Pan devotees here will not eat anything else on sandwiches etc. And I can only imagine them wanting so many PB cookies before they get sick of them.
Got any recipes that use peanuts or peanut butter - more then just like, use a few to decorate cookies. I mean use bunches at a time.

I don't have a recipe but you can freeze peanuts and that should keep them from going rancid...so they last a lot longer.

Extra thought. You could make chex mix and add some of them.

We make homemade payday bars.

1 lb. of peanuts
1 bag of candy corn

Melt the bag of candy corn in the microwave in a large bowl until melted. Stir in the peanuts. Mix well and drop onto waxed paper to harden. You can shape like a candy bar or squares. Tastes delicious. We made these for company and they all disappeared very quickly.

I like to make stir fry with mine. But I also make lots of baked dessert treats with them as well. Go to Allrecipes and type in peanuts in the ingredient search. It will pull up all kinds of goodies! HTH!
