Ok, I need recipes using martha white yellow corn muffin mix.
I tried making them plain, too dry! I tried adding cheese, bacon, nuts and honey, still dry and crumbly!!
Any other ideas?

I found a recipe online but now have misplaced it...
Anyway it contains a can of creamed corn. bake in 8x8 dish and it came out very moist.
Got this from a friend,haven't tried it yet,but sounds good!
Hamburger Cobbler
1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/16 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon marjoram
1 cup shredded cheese, any flavor
1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons ketchup
1 (8 1/2-ounce) package corn muffin mix
1 egg or 1/4 cup egg substitute
1/3 cup skim milk
Brown ground beef and drain grease. Add onion powder, garlic powder, salt,
pepper and marjoram; cook for 1 minute more. Spread mixture in a 9-inch
square baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of meat mixture; top
with diced tomatoes that are mixed with the Worchestershire sauce and
ketchup. Mix corn muffin mix with egg or egg substitute; add milk and pour
over meat, cheese and tomato mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.

Ingredients
1 egg, beaten
1 package Martha WhiteŽ Sweet Yellow Cornbread Mix
1 can cream-style corn
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Preparation Directions
1. Heat oven to 375° F. Grease 8-inch cast iron skillet. In large
bowl, combine all ingredients in order listed; stir until blended. Pour into
greased skillet.
2. Bake at 375° F. for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
