there is a recipe called cake balls that you can use all the free cake mixes, icing, coffee creamer, and melting chocolate you have left over from the holidays. They are so yummy!

I bet you could add a little over vanilla ice cream. I have not done this but I think it would be pretty good.

I've used it in cocoa and also in milkshakes and pudding.
I use it often to make homemade Frappuccinos ~ cold coffee, creamer, and ice cream, yum!

I've heard you can add them to cake mixes and to icing (the powder kind) to make it a different flavor.
