Imitation Crab recipes?

I've seen a lot of people here, asking for q's for imitation crab. So...how about sharing your recipes?

I was fortunate to be able to grab 8 packs last week...all for free!! They're in my freezer, waiting for some inspiration!!! I did a google search, but I want somethig tried and true!

So...who's got a good recipe for a dip, salad, pasta dish...whatever!!!

I make pasta salad with mine. Just boil some pasta, i use the twisty ones. Cut up some cuumber, tomato, onion and black olives then mix it all up with the crab and add italian dressing to it So yummmmmy!

Thank you very much!!! That sounds really good! An old boyfriend of mine used to make a good pasta salad with it, but it was creamy. Seriously...it was GOOD stuff!!! I should have gotten that recipe!
