I couldn't pass up the clearanced half gallon of buttermilk at the grocery yesterday. If it were you, what would you make with it?
I'm thinking: muffins, pancakes. I'm not good at making bisquits.

You can also freeze it, depending on how much you are dealing with. I put mine in ice cube trays and when they are frozen, pop them out and put them in a ziploc freezer bag. You can also freeze it in the half-gallon and gallon jugs, just make sure to break the seal and pour some out first to leave room for expansion. HTH, Julie
I have several things I make that use buttermilk, including many of the following:
Pancakes
Biscuits (even drop biscuits if you aren't good at making them)
Fried Chicken (I soak the chicken pieces overnight in buttermilk and spices, then bread and fry-turns out great)
Muffins (Blueberry, chocolate chip, etc.)
Cookies
Ranch dressing
Waffles
French toast
Cakes
Buttermilk Pie
