CHEF Kraft LiveActive Cheese - how 'bout a recipe swap? :D

Who else has more Kraft LiveActive Cheese than they know what to do with?! :D (I am emphatically raising my hand...which makes typing difficult, let me tell you.) I have been going in every day, mine has the cheese cubes for $1.49, and you get the $2.00 OYNO. (1 per transaction, sadly.)

Tonight I made some Stuffed Crust Pizza Snacks with a few changes. I anticipate making this more often with variations, since I have a TON of pizza dough from Lowe's! This is my recipe:

Can of Pillsbury Refrigerated Pizza Dough (just 1 - the other recipe calls for 2)
Package LiveActive Colby & Montery Jack Cheese Snacks
Basil & Garlic Seasoning and/or Italian Seasoning
    Olive Oil
    Parmesan Cheese

I line a 13x9 pan with aluminum foil, spray it with non-stick cooking spray, and press out the dough. I cut it into 48 squares (don't have to slice all the way through, it will tear easily) and then sprinkle the dough with Basil & Garlic seasoning. Then I take each square and wrap it around a cheese cube, scrunching it a bit and placing it back in the pan. After I've completed all 48, I brush the tops with olive oil, and sprinkle them with Parmesan Cheese and sometimes also Italian Seasoning. Bake for 16-20 minutes at 375-400 degrees.

I can imagine lots of variations for this one! Use leftover taco meat or sloppy joe meat. Cut the dough into 24 squares and spoon a heaping teaspoon onto a square and top it with a cheese cube (or a sliced-off square of a cheese stick). Mmm, those sound good! :D

I noticed that the stores in my area that have been remodeled with a larger bakery/deli area do not carry it. I guess they had to narrow their selection to make room for the improvements.

It varies at my stores. There are 4 within 10 miles of me. One doesn't have it (and it's an old, dinky store). One has a big new bakery and does have it for $2.99 (still a good deal with the $2 Q). The other one I haven't been to yet. But I will tomorrow. Anything for free cheese. ;)

That sounds really good. I keep forgetting to get the cheese when I go into FL. What am I thinking?
