Stater Brothers: Free Bounty 2/18-2/24

If you've gotten your P&G Year of Savings booklet, there are multiple $1.00-off-any Bounty coupons in there. Bounty 48-count single rolls are on sale at Stater Bros. through February 24 for 99 cents. I don't know if they'll give overage (at least if you buy something else at the same time) but even if not, that's free Bounty!

Back in December and January, Procter & Gamble ran a big promotion where, if you bought $50 worth of P&G products before January 31 and sent in the receipts for them along with the proper form (which was in the P&G BrandSaver insert a couple of times, and was available on the P&G website as well), they would send you a "Year of Savings" booklet of coupons. I just got mine this week. It has $51 worth of coupons expiring 6/30/09, $37 worth expiring 9/30/09, and $32 worth expiring 12/31/09. It's all the usual P&G stuff -- Tide, Gain, Downy, Swiffer, Oil of Olay, Gillette, Charmin, Bounty -- but they are pretty high-dollar coupons compared to what they run in the P&G BrandSaver. The Tide coupons are all $1.00, for example, and so are the Bounty.

Sorry if you didn't get in on that particular promotion, but there are other Bounty coupons out there that will still result in some pretty inexpensive paper towels this week . . .
