Got an email today from Staples with the following information:
Uhm, no, I didn't return it! So again, online looking for a phone number to talk to someone - couldn't find it. Called the store, spoke with the manager, asked for a number for customer service for Staples Rebates system and called them.Looks like these rebate product(s) were returned to Staples:
ACCES EXHUBERENT CROSS OVER BP
Since it/they were returned, we've gone ahead and cancelled the rebate process.
But here's the good news: If you purchased more than one rebate-eligible product on this submission but did'nt return all of them, you'll still receive your rebate(s) for the products you kept. Only the submissions for those products you returned have been invalidated.

they "know" they have a problem and that I received the email in error.
Great! Between RA this month and now Staples being goofy, I'm beginning to think customer service is really not so much a priority with these companies![]()
