That's too bad!!!! The 2 cartridges in my printer right now are about to bite the dust so I'll have to remember to get them to Staples before the end of this month!

do they mail a chk or is it store credit--does it expire
They mail a store credit to you & yes it expires in about a month depending on how long it took to get to you.
You can also register at www.Staplesrewardscenter.com and the rewards will show up there about a week before the snail mail arrives. You can print the Reward (bar code and #) to redeem in-store, or link to Staples.com to spend it online. For example: I turned in 10 cartridges in the store on June 30. My $30 rewards showed up online on Monday, July 19, and I got the mailed version the next week. The expiration date was September 30.
Also, if you do not use the entire amount all at once in the store, they will print a one-time use voucher for the remaining reward with the same exp date; you can not get the leftover amount on an online purchase. Example: I bought a backpack at the store for $19.94 and got a credit voucher for $10.06, exp Sept 30.
