Sweet rolling opportunity!!
Staples is bringing back the free batteries promotion starting 04/25 - 05/01. You get a rebate back via their awards program.
The limit is 2.
Remember, these are like ECB's. You have to spend your Staples Rewards in Staples. It's not a great deal unless you regularly shop in Staples...like me.![]()
EDIT: This deal does not appear in the May 2nd ad...so it's one week only.

I bet Staples has a whole warehouse full of those Duracell batteries.
During the last free 20 pack, the price was $12.99 and when the promotion was over, those exact same batteries went on sale for $9.99 (no Rewards).
So, there is a 'cost' to the customer associated with those kind of promotions.

Again, during the last Duracell promotion ...
I was told at on Staples (Lakewood, OH), that they do hot accept manufacturer’s cents off coupons.
Also, that since you were getting the full purchase price back ($12.99), that using a manufacturers’ coupon would either invalidate the offer or reduce the amount of your Stapes’ Rewards check.
At another Staples (Brooklyn, OH), they readily accepted manufacturers’ cents off coupons (some were 75¢ off and others were $1.00 off) on this promotion.
When I did receive my Staples’ Rewards check, it was for the full amount (10 purchases x $12.99 = $129.90).
One thing though …
The manufacturer’s cents off coupon must be the last things submitted / scanned, otherwise the register locks up or it will not accept it.
It happened once to me and they ended up voiding that transaction and doing all over again.

How long do you then have to use the rewards? I've done easy rebates but this is different right? Do they mail the rewards to you? Thanks for sharing!
Mother of 4 just trying to make it day to day
Are these just AA/AAA again?
