According to Staples, Ink Rewards come as a separate check from other Rewards:" Your ink recycling reward will arrive each month, separately from your standard Staples Rewards statement."

I was going to post that I didn't get mine either.
Hopefully it came today, then. Yes, they're late.

I recall one month where I actually got it at the end of the month! (ie October's ink donation rewards came at the end of October!)
