I bought 6 packs during the promotion. Was only credited for 4 of them. They told me I need to provide receipt proof that I purchased the other two. Total hassle! Sure hope I can find my receipt!

I got my battery reward but it was short 2 packs. The rep said he will mail a separate reward for the 2 packs. My reward expires 3/31 so not a huge amount of time to use it! The number to call is 800 793 3320.
